水利基础产业在江西省国民经济中的地位和作用

摘　　要：本文从我省历史上水旱灾害频繁谈起,论述建国后党和政府领导全省人民进行了大规模的水利建设。大大提高了抗灾能力,为我省国民经济各部门提供了重要的生产条件和安全保障。用大量的事实阐明水利基础产业在国民经济中的重要地位和作用,并对水利基础产业的有关问题提出建议。This paper describes floods and disastrous droughts frequently presenetd in Jiangxi history and large-scale hydraulic constructions made by people of our Province under the leadership of our Party and government after liberation, which has greatly improved our ablility of combating natural disasters and has provided the importent productive conditions and safeguards for all departments of the national economy of our province.Based upon a host of facts,this paper also illustrates the position and action of water conservancy as a basic industry ia the national economy of our province, and puts forward some suggestions about questions on it.
