摘　　要：用系统分析方法对建筑设计方案的评价及选优工作进行研究,设置了用于方案评价的多目标决策系统,提出了综合评价步骤,给出相应的综合评价方法。主要包括用德尔菲法设置评价指标,用层次分析法确定指标权重,用多目标规划方法进行设计方案的评价及排序,还给出了“建筑设计方案综合评价系统通用软件”的简要说明。The building design project and selection were appraised by systematic analysis method, multi - objective decision system of project appraisal was established. Appraisal approach and comesponding methods, mostly include the use of Delphi set-up appraisal guide line, the use of AHP guide line power - layer, the use of many goal layout means appraisal and compositor design projects. A brief building design project appraisal system of currency software was given.
