甜瓜几个主要性状在三交种中遗传表现的初步研究

摘　　要：以甜瓜 4个单交种为母本 ,分别同 8个自交系配制 2 6个三交种组合 ,分析其主要性状的变异度、与单交种的差异显著性及三交种的果形指数与亲本果形指数的相关关系。结果表明 :三交种果实质量的变异度最大 (变异系数为 15～ 2 8) ;其次是折光糖含量 (变异系数为 5～ 16 ) ;果形指数相对稳定 ,变异度与单交种无显著差异 ,与父本果形指数明显相关 ;同一个三交种组合内的花期变异度较小。Four strains used as female parents were crossed with 8 self lines separately,26 triple hybrids were obtained.The variation degree of main characters,different significance of triple hybrids,the relevance of fruit shape between the triple hybrids and its parents'were all analysed.The results show:the variation degree of fruit mass of triple hybrids was the biggest(variation coefficient was 15-28);then was the sugar(5-16);the fruit shape was relatively stable(<10),the difference of its variation degree and the double hybrids'was not significant, the fruit shape of the triple hybrids was relevant with its male parent;the variation degree of blossom stage in the same triple hybrid was very small.
