摘  要:以中度耐失水胁迫切花月季品种‘贝拉米’ (Rosahybrida‘Belami’)为试材 ,在室温条件下进行 30h失水胁迫处理后复水并瓶插 ,研究花瓣中可溶性蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量以及内肽酶活性的变化。结果表明 ,失水胁迫提高了可溶性蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量 ,复水后处理花瓣仍高于对照 ;失水胁迫提高了内肽酶活性 ,复水后 ,在碱性条件下仍高于对照 ,在酸性条件下却低于对照。失水胁迫可能启动了新型内肽酶种类。Flowers with branches of cut rose'Belami'(Rosa hybrida'Belami'),a cultivar with middle range tolerance to water deficit stress,were treated with 30h water deficit stress at room temperature and 40% relative humidity.Then the flowers were reput in water,and vased continuously until loss of vasing value.Changes of the contents of soluble protein and free amino acid,and endopeptidase activity in petals were determined. The contents of soluble protein and free amino acid were increased obviously in treated petals as compared with untreated control,and the effect was lasted even after rehydration and during flowers vasing. Endopeptidase activity of petals in treated flowers was much higher than in control immediately after treatment,however the activity in treated flowers was lower than in control at pH6 determination condition although it was higher at pH10 after rehydration.A new kind of endopeptidase might be induced by the treatment.
