摘　　要：BOT和ABS是基础设施项目融资的两种重要方式。介绍了BOT和ABS的概念与特点 ,并对两者之间的差异进行了比较分析 。BOT and ABS are two of most important methods to finance in fundamental construction. This essay focuses on several aspects: introducing conception of each method, contrasting & comparing these two methods, defining their different using area and looking forward to their future usage.
