摘  要:首先合成了MgO负载三聚氰胺缩甲醛树脂的复合载体(MEF/MgO),通过与钯化合物作用,制备出高分子负载钯络合物催化剂。利用XRD和XPS对其进行了结构表征,考察了其在葡萄糖与正辛胺反应原位形成的Schiff碱催化加氢制备葡辛胺的催化活性。结果表明,高分子配体与无机载体之间进行了化学复合,高分子与钯之间形成了配位作用。该类催化剂在对葡辛胺的催化加氢制备中表现出了较好的催化活性。最佳的催化剂体系是:复合载体中氮含量为5 58%,催化剂中Pd质量分数为3 58%;最佳的催化反应条件是:添加剂三乙胺用量1 0ml、反应温度333K、反应氢压1 5MPa、反应时间6h、催化剂用量0 7g、反应溶剂乙醇60ml、葡萄糖43mmol、正辛胺31mmol。在此反应条件下,葡辛胺的产率可达57 6%。Polymer/MgO complex support was synthesized and polymersupported Pd complex catalysts were prepared by polymer/MgO reacting with Pd precursor These catalysts were characterized by XRD and XPS and their catalytic activity were observed by the reaction of hydrogenation of Schiff base, derived from the on the spot reaction of glucose and nocytlamine, to NnocytlDglucamine The results show that the chemical action occurred between polymer and MgO in the polymer/MgO complex support, and Pd coordinated with polymer on the catalyst This kind catalysts perform the good activity in the preparation of NnocytlDglucamine The optimum N content is 558wt% in MEF/MgO, Pd content (wPd / wMEF) is 358% The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: additive, 10ml triethylamine; reaction temperature, 333 K; hydrogen pressure, 15 MPa; reaction time, 6hr; reaction solvent, 60 ml ethanol; the amount of catalyst, 07 g; 43mmol Dglucose; 31mmol octylamine Under these experimental conditions, the highest yield of NnocytlDglucamine (576%) was obtained 
