摘 要:研究了钇介入化学镀Co-Ni-B工艺后对沉积工艺、镀层结构与性能的影响。利用等离子发射光谱仪、电子能谱仪、透射电子显微镜和振动样品磁强计等考察和分析了镀层的成分、结构、性能。结果表明,微量钇介入化学沉积后,沉积速度和镀液稳定性提高,镀层中硼和镍含量降低,具有非晶态结构的化学镀Co-Ni-B合金转化为晶态结构的化学镀Co-Ni-B-Y合金。钇明显提高了镀层的显微硬度,而且钇添加量越高,镀层的显微硬度越高。钇还提高了镀层的饱和磁化强度,降低了剩余磁化强度和矫顽力,表现出良好的软磁特性。This paper studies the effect of yttrium on process,structure and characteristic of electroless CoNiB alloy coating.By plasma transmitting spectrograph,electron energy spectrometer,transmission electron microscope and vibratory sample magnetometer,the chemical composition,structure and properties of the alloy coating were inspected and analyzed.The results showed that with microyttrium added,the depositing speed increased of plating bath and the bath become also more stable.What is more,the content of nickel and boron in the alloy coating were decreased.At the same time electroless CoNiB alloy with amorphous structure was transformed to electroless CoNiBY alloy with crystalline sturcture.Microhardness of the coating was increased remarkably by yttrium added,and the higher the content of yttrium in plating bath,the higher the microhardness of the coating.The saturated magnetic intensity of the coating was increased,and its remainder magnetic intensity and coercitive force were decreased because of yttrium.So this kind of alloy plating exhibited favorable soft magnetization.
