摘　　要：结合禹门口提水灌区工程实际 ,介绍了施工阶段制定投资控制具体细则的方法 ,指出应把控制项目投资观念渗透到各项设计、管理和施工技术措施中 。Combined with practical situations in Yumenkou Huanghe River Lifting Project the investment control method in construction stage is introduced. Author points out that investment control idea should be embodied in design, management and construction in order to realize effective investment control.
