摘　　要：本文分析了政治知识在新形势下的变化,初步阐述了政治责任的涵义。二者之间有一种内在的互动关系:拥有一定的政治知识是政治主体完成政治责任对其要求的载体和物质基础,政治责任感的增强有助于内化、提升政治知识,政治知识有待于发展到政治责任。这是“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”的重要的政治理论基础。The article analyses the change of th e political knowledge under the new s itutation and initially formulates the connotation of the political responsibility.There is an interior interacting relation betw een the two:possessing certain political knowl edge is the carrier and the material b asis pertinent to the completion of t he political responsibility on the main political body.Enhancing politic al responsibility will help to heigh ten and improve political knowledge,which is to develop into political responsibility.This interacting relation is the important basis of political theory for study,politics and justice.
