摘　　要：坚持从严治党 ,必须建设一支高标准的领导干部队伍 ,把好新任领导干部的选拔任用关。同时 ,要认真做好在职领导干部的管理监督工作 ,做到思想政治教育到位 ,强化党内监督到位 ,组织协调配合到位 。In order to strictly persist in administering the Communist Party of China, it is quite necessary to build up a group of high-standard leading cadres, to select or appoint cadres strictly. Meanwhile, it is also significant to reach a high level while strengthening management and supervision to the leading cadres at their posts: In respect of ideological and political education; in respect of strengthening inner-Party supervision; in respect of organizing and coordinating; in respect of implementing the construction of systems
