摘　　要：我国现行外资银行政策中的市场准入限制与非国民待遇影响了外资银行的在华投资 ,众多不规范的优惠政策又扭曲了内、外资银行的公平竞争秩序 ,而隐性超国民待遇影响的是内资银行的实际竞争力。因此 ,清理和规范外资银行政策势在必行。s:Access restrictions and non_national treatment to foreign banks have influenced their investment in China, while various abnormal preferential policies distort the fair competition. At the same time, the latent super_national treatment has strenghtened the competivity of domestic banks. Therefore,it is urgent to standardize Chinese policies to foreign bank.
