摘 要:目的 :研究五参素片升高白细胞、增重免疫器官和对环磷酰胺的增效减毒作用。方法 :将 175只小鼠随机分为 5组 ,每组 3 5只。试验组设五参素片高、中、低 3种剂量组 ,阳性对照药设环磷酰胺和升白胺片 (盐酸小檗胺片 )组 ,阴性对照组为生理盐水。结果 :五参素片具有明显刺激小鼠骨髓产生白细胞作用 ,且均为成熟白细胞 ,表明五参素片对于骨髓造血系统干细胞的正常分化无影响 ,分类计数可见白细胞分类比例无改变 ;也表明五参素片能够明显减轻环磷酰胺毒副作用 ,能够抵抗由环磷酰胺引起的白细胞及骨髓有核细胞数减少、保护由环磷酰胺引起的肝功能损伤、抵抗环磷酰胺对小鼠胸腺及脾脏指数的抑制作用。结论 :五参素片作为一种新型癌细胞分子调控抑制剂 ,在抑杀肿瘤组织细胞过程中具有升高白细胞。Objective: To study Wushensu tablets (WSST, a new traditional Chinese herb for cancer treatment) in increasing leucocytes and the weight of immune organs, increasing curative effects and decreasing the toxicity of cyclophosphamide.Methods: One hundred and seventy-five mice were randomly divided into 5 groups (each group had 35 mice). The experimental groups were divided into high, medium and low doses of WSST; the positive control drugs were cyclophosphamide and berbamine hydrochloride; the negative control group only used physiological saline. Results:It showed that WSST had significant action in stimulating the bone marrow to produce leukocytes in mice, and all the leukocytes were premature ones. It showed that WSST did not affect the normal differentiation of hemopoietic stem cells in bone marrow. There was no change for the ratio of cytological classification in differential leukocyte count. It also showed that WSST could significantly improve the toxicity and side effects of cyclophosphamide, resist the reduced leukocytes and karyocytes in bone marrow caused by cyclophosphamide and protecting the damage to the liver function caused by cyclophosphamide, resisting the inhibition of the index of thymus and spleen caused by cyclophosphamide in mice. Conclusion:As a new inhibitor in regulating and controlling cancer cell proliferation, WSST has an effect on increasing leucocytes, the weight of immune organs and decreasing the toxicity of cyclophosphamide in killing cancer cells.
