摘　　要：目的 :研究宫颈癌的分子发病机制 ,进一步阐明相关致癌因素和癌基因在子宫颈鳞癌发病中的作用 ,为治疗和预防提供依据。方法 :采用PCR、ISH和IHC方法研究了 5 1例子宫颈鳞癌组织的HPV1 6感染、HPV1 6E6mRNA、P2 1ras和c -myc蛋白表达的分布。进而阐明HPV1 6感染和P2 1ras、c -myc蛋白表达对反映子宫颈鳞癌发病中的意义。结果 :5 1例标本中HPV1 6感染 38例 ,HPV1 6E6mRNA阳性表达者 35例 ,P2 1ras和c -myc蛋白阳性表达率分别为 60 .8%和 76.5 %。结论 :HPV1 6感染与P2 1ras、c -myc蛋白积累无关 ,而P2 1ras与c -myc蛋白表达则显著相关。提示癌基因活化或HPV1 6感染等因素协同作用在子宫颈癌的发生发展中有重要意义。Objectives:In order to study the molecular pathogensis of cervical carcinoma and further clarify the role of relevant carcinogenic factor and oncogene in cervical epithelia.Methods:51 paraffin-embedded tissues of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were studied for the HPV 16 infection,expression and distribution of P 21ras and c-myc protein by means of PCR,ISH and IHC methods.Results:In the 51 samples,38 HPV 16 positive sample were found using PCR35 specimens showed HPV 16 E 6mRNA expression using ISH.The accumulation of the protein and the positive expression of P 21ras and c-myc exprdssion.But there were significant corrdlation between P 21ras and c-myc protein were demonstrated in 60.8% and 76.5% of samples,respectively.Conclusions:There were no significant correlation between HPV 16 infection and the expression of p 21ras and c-myc expression.But there were significant corrdlation between P 21ras and c-myc protein expression.These results suggest that cooperation and synergia of oncogene activation and HPV 16 infacion and other factions may play an important role in the carcinogenessis in cervical epithelia.
