美托洛尔与波依定改善原发性高血压患者生活质量

摘　　要：目的观察美托洛尔(倍他乐克)和波依定的降压疗效和对原发性高血压患者生活质量(QOL)的影响,寻找理想的新一代降压药物。方法153例原发性高血压患者经历2周的安慰剂洗脱后,随机分为治疗组(服用倍他乐克,75mg/d)76例和对照组(服用波依定,5mg/d)77例,服药时间为6个月,观察指标为血压,心率和副作用,采用Crood的QOL量表为测试问卷。结果治疗组的总有效率为85.5%,对照组为84.4%,两组患者临床降压疗效无明显区别(χ2=1.182,P>0.05),服药6个月后,治疗组的QOL评分中的健康愉快感、工作表现、社会参与和生活满意度有明显改善(t=2.156～2.664,P均<0.05),而对照组仅有工作表现和社会参与两项升高(t=2.366和2.432,P均<0.05),余项相差不显着(P均>0.05)。结论倍它乐克和波依定都是较理想的降压药物,但前者对高血压患者的QOL改善更明显。Aim To observe the effect of betloc and plendil on decom pression and q uality of life (QOL) in patients with essential hypertension (EH ) in search of new decompression drugs.Methods 153 patients with HP, aged 40-79 years, treated with placebo elution, were randomly allocated into treatment gro up (TG)(n=76, treated with 75 mg/g betloc) and control group(CG)(n=77, treated w ith 5 mg/d plendil). The duration of drug treatment was 6 months for both groups .Blood pressure(BP), heart rate and side effect were observed. QOF measuring sca le of crood was used as questionnaire.Results The total efficiency was 85.5%in the treatment group and 84.4%in the control group respectively, with no signifi cant difference in decompression between the two groups (χ2=1.182, P >0.05). Af ter 6 months, the scores of sense of sense well-being (SWB), work performance ( WP), social participation (SP) and life satisfaction (LS) were significantly inc reased in the treatment group(t=2.156-2.664,P< 0.05). Only the scores of WP an d SP were significantly increased in the control group(t=2.366, 2.432, P< 0.05) , without significance in the scores of SWP and LS (P >0.05). Conclusion Both be taloc and plendil are the ideal drugs for treatment of hypertension, but the for mer has better effects than the latter in improvement of QOL.
