二天油治疗伤风感冒有效性及安全性研究

摘　　要：[目的 ]评价二天油治疗伤风感冒的临床疗效及安全性。 [方法 ]试验组 2 1 0例采用二天油 ,对照组70例采用风油精 ,给药方法均为必要时涂擦额角、眉心、人中、风池、太阳穴。疗程 3天。于给药前、给药后每天、疗程结束时随访观察评价感冒相关症状和体征。 [结果 ]二天油控制感冒初期的主要症状头痛、鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏起效快 ,用药 1 h上述症状消失率分别为 :1 2 .4%、2 3.3%、1 4.8%、2 1 .9% ,显效率为 1 5 .2 %、总有效率为 5 9.5 %。用药 3天 ,二天油的显效率、总有效率分别为 85 .2 %、95 .2 %。与对照组疗效比较无显著性差异。未发现任何不良反应。 [结论 ]二天油能有效地防治感冒 。To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Ertianyou Balm in the treatment of cold by comparing with Essential Balm.280 patients were selected and divided into two groups randomly, 210 cases in the test group and 70 cases in the control group. Ertianyou Balm was applied to smear on the frontal eminence, philter, temple, Fengchi(GB20), and the center of the eyebrows when necessary. The course of therapy was 3 days. Every day before and after the application, the subjects' symptoms were observed and evaluated in the whole course of treatment. Moreover, the same performance was conducted when the period was over.Ertianyou Balm can competently control the main symptoms of the initial stage, such as headache, stuffy nose, snivel, sneezing and their rate of cure was 12 40%,23 3%,14 85%,21 9% respectively 1 hour after the application. The rate of significant effect was 15 2%, and the total rate of effect was 59 5%, The cure rate increased to 85 24% and 95 24% respectively 3 days after the application. It didn't show significantly statistic differences between Ertianyou Balm and Essential, and no side effects occurred. [Conclusion]Ertianyou Balm was a markedly effective, safe, convenient drug in preventing and curing cold.
