摘　　要：美洲体系是美国长期追求的目标 ,是美国拉美政策的核心组成部分。 2 0世纪 30年代“睦邻政策”出台前 ,美国拉美政策无论以何种形式出现 ,美洲体系的性质是美国的殖民主义体系 ;“睦邻政策”出台后美洲体系随着拉美政策的变化有了部分质变 ,美洲体系正向着美洲一体化方向发展 。The American System is an object pursued by the U.S. for a long period of time. It is a core integrant of the U.S. Latin American policy. Prio to the appearance of the “good neighbourly policy” in 1930’s, no matter in what form did the Latin American policy come out, the nature of American System was that of U.S. colonialism. Post the appearance, and in the wake of the change of Latin American policy, the American System went through its change in nature to some extent. The American System is developing towards American integration. And it indicates the entrance of the System into a new age.
