摘　　要：在类似人力资源管理系统、学籍管理系统、户籍管理系统等的设计和应用中 ,如何实现大批量身份照片的快速扫描录入 ,一直是件繁琐而费时的工作。本文提出了一种针对身份照片录入的批量扫描、快速处理系统设计方案。通过该系统可以实现照片的自动切割提取、自动倾斜校正 ,并实现图象亮度、对比度调整 ,裁剪、旋转。In the process of designing and applying human resources, student record, and resident management systems, it is a time\|consuming job to scan and record lots of photos quickly. This paper presents a system design method for the batch scan and quick disposal of photos. Through this system, it is able to cut and extract photo information automatically, correct slant quickly, adjust luminance and chrominance, cut and rotate pictures, and make ratio prints.
