高效液相色谱法测定1-氯-4-丙氧基硫杂蒽酮

摘  要:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定 1 -氯 -4-丙氧基硫杂蒽酮的含量。色谱柱为 ODS( C18)柱 ,Φ4.6mm× 2 50 mm,流动相为 CH3OH∶ H2 O( 90∶ 1 0 ) ,检测波长 2 58nm,流速 0 .8m L/min,可得回归方程 C =2 .0 7× 1 0 - 5A -2 .60 ,r=0 .9999,重复性好 ,RSD =0 .73 ,加标回收率为 1 0 2 .8~ 1 0 4.3 ,RSD分别为 1 .0 5和 1 .53。此方法准确、快速。A method for the determination of 1\|Chloro\|4\|Propoxythioxanthone by high performance liquid Chromatogaphy(HPLC) was developed. Optimun operating conditions were as follows: ODS (C18) column, i.d.Φ4.6 mm×250 mm; CH\-3OH∶H\-2O(90∶10,V/V) mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min; UV detector at 258 nm. The results showed that the calibration equation was \$C=2.07×10\+\{-5\}A-2.60 with r=0.9999\$. The reproducibility was good with RSD=0.73% and the recovery was 102.8%~104.3% with RSD=1.05% and 1.52% respectively. The method is accurate, rapid and simple.
