摘　　要：目的　建立HPLC测定晕复静片中士的宁和马钱子的含量方法。方法　采用内标法 ,色谱柱为C18,流动相 :甲醇 -水 -醋酸 -三乙胺 (6 5∶2 0 0∶2 5∶0 3) ,内标物 :盐酸普鲁卡因 ,检测滤长为 2 5 4nm。结果　士的宁碱和马钱子碱的浓度线性范围分别为 5 98～ 2 9 90mg·L-1和 2 12～ 10 6 0mg·L-1,回收率分别为 99 6 %和 99 8%。结论　该法专属性强 ,准确 ,可靠 。AIM To establish a method for determination of by HPLC in yunfujing tablet. METHODS\ The method of internnal standard was use; the chromatographic column was shim pack CLC ODS(150×4 6 mm,5 μm); the mobile phase was methanol water aceticacid triethylamine(65∶200∶2 5∶0 3); the internal standard substance was procaine hydrochloride and UV detection was performed at 254 nm. RESULTS\ The linear range was 5 98～29 90 mg·L -1 for brucine. The average recovery was 99 6% and 99 8%. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, reliable as well as specific and can be used to control the quality.
