肠胃清口服液治疗慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌感染临床观察

摘　　要：观察肠胃清口服液治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)感染的临床疗效 ,设单用肠胃清口服液中药组 (A组 ) 1 0 3例 ,丽珠得乐加两种抗生素西药组 (B组 ) 5 0例 ,肠胃清口服液联用两种抗生素组 (C组 ) 34例 ,与肠胃清口服液联用奥美拉唑及两种抗生素组 (D组 ) 33例。疗程均为 1 4天。结果 :对幽门螺杆菌根除率A、B、C、D组分别为 5 1 .4 6 %、72 .0 0 %、73.5 3%、87.88% ;对腹胀、胃脘疼痛、嗳气等临床症状改善 ,A组与B组比较 ,P <0 .0 5 ,对嘈杂反酸症状改善 ,组间比较 ,P >0 .0 5。C组与D组均能显著改善临床症状 ,组间比较 ,P >0 .0 5。提示肠胃清口服液单用或联用两种抗生素均对Hp感染有疗效 ,并能显著改善患者临床症状 ;To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Changweiqing Liquid' in the treatment of HP related chronic gastritis,104 cases in group A were treated with this Liquid,52 cases in group B were treated with Bismuth and two antibiotics,35 cases in group C with this Liquid and two antibiotics,and another 35 cases in group D with this Liquid and Omeprazole and two antibiotics.Results:The eradication rate of HP was 51.46% in group A and 72.00% in group B,with a difference between them ( P <0.05);in group A,the effective rates were 90.24%,89.66% and 92.59% in the relief of abdominal distention,pain and belching respectively;in group B they were 76.92%,75.56% and 75.86%,with great differences( P < 0.05 );the eradication rate was 73.53% in group C and 87.88% in group D,with no difference between them ( P >0.05);in group C,the effective rates were 88.46 %, 89.47 %,100.00% and 69.23 % in the relief of abdominal distention,pain,acid regurgitation and belching respectively;and they were 92.00 %, 81.82 %, 94.44 % and 88.89%,with no differences between the two groups ( P >0.05).It is indicated that either this Liquid or with antibiotics is effective against HP and improving the clinical symptoms,without side effects.
