胰胆汤治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎31例

摘　　要：为探讨中药治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎的临床疗效 ,用胰胆汤治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎 31例 ,并与 31例西药组对照。结果 :中医组 7天内治愈 2 8例 ,西医组治愈 1 0例 (P <0 .0 1 )。中医组与西医组比较 ,在 7天内尿淀粉酶恢复正常的例数分别为 2 8例和 1 4例 ,腹痛缓解时间分别为(1 .94± 1 .5 6 )天和 (5 .39± 3.86 )天 ,两组比较差异有显著性意义 (均P <0 .0 1 )。To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbs in the treatment of biliary pancreatitis,31 cases were treated with 'Yidan Decoction' and another 31 cases with western medicines as control.Results:Within 7 days,28 cases were cured in the former group and 10 cases were cured in the latter group, P <0.01;urine amylase recovered to the normal in 28 cases and 14 cases respectively,pain relieving time was (1.94±1.56) days and (5.39±3.86) days, P <0.01.It is revealed that Chinese medicine is obviously beneficial against biliary pancreatitis.
