摘　　要：为探讨中医药治疗功能性消化不良 (FD)的疗效 ,1 0 0例FD患者分为治疗组 6 8例 ,予辨证施治中药治疗 ;对照组 32例 ,予吗叮啉加舒可捷治疗 ,1个月后观察疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 91 .2 % ,对照组为 4 6 .9% ,P <0 .0 5 ,不同证型间的疗效比较 ,P >0 .0 5。To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD),100 cases were randomized into treatment group in which 68 cases were treated by syndrome differentiation and control group in which 32 cases were treated by Motolin and Sucralfate,with a course of one month.Results:The total effective rate was 91.2% in treatment group and 46.9% in control group;and there was no difference between any two syndromes ( P >0.05).It is revealed that Chinese medicine by syndrome differentiation is better than western medicine in the treatment of FD.
