补肾泻肝方对免疫介导再障模型小鼠的影响

摘　　要：为研究补肾泻肝方 (主药 :熟地黄、制首乌、补骨脂、菟丝子、淫羊藿、牡丹皮、黄连、水牛角等 )治疗免疫介导再障的机理。Balb/C小鼠经60 Co 5 5Gyγ射线照射后由尾静脉输入取自DBA/2小鼠胸腺淋巴结混合细胞悬液形成免疫介导再障模型。用补肾泻肝方灌喂模型小鼠后检测外周血象、T细胞亚群 ,应用RT PCR技术检测IFN γ基因表达。结果 :与模型组相比 ,治疗组小鼠的周围血象及CD8明显升高、IFN γ基因高表达则明显减弱。提示 :调节免疫紊乱状态、减弱再障时的IFN γ基因高表达 ,进而影响造血干 /祖细胞增殖。To study the mechanism of 'Kidney Nourishing and Liver Reducing Decoction'in the treatment of immune induced aplastic anemia,lymph node mixed cell suspension in DBA/2 mice thymus was injected through tail vein into Balb/C mice which were radiated by 60 Co 5 5 Gy γ to induce aplastic anemia.The Decoction was fed into the mice and their peripheral hemogram,T lymphocyte subgroup,IFN γ expression were detected.Results:As compared with control group,in treatment group the peripheral hemogram and CD 8 increased obviously,while high IFN γ expression reduced remarkably.It is suggested that the Decoction may regulate the immune state and reduce IFN γ expression to treat aplastic anemia.
