12例胃肠道血管畸形的诊治体会

摘　　要：目的 :探讨胃肠道血管畸形大出血的定位方法与治疗。方法 :对 12例胃肠道血管畸形大出血的患者 ,行急诊内镜检查与经选择性血管造影证实具体出血动脉后 ,再进一步对出血分支动脉行超选择性插管 ,置入造影道作为术中定位标记。结果 :本组胃血管畸形 4例 ,空肠血管畸形 5例 ,回肠血管畸形 1例 ,结肠血管畸形 2例。手术时均顺利找到标记及出血部位 ,切除病变 ,全部治愈。结论 :急诊内镜检查与选择性血管造影确定血管畸形后 ,置入导管作为术中寻找病变部位的定位标记 ,是一种非常有效的方法。手术切除治疗胃肠血管畸形并发大出血目前最有效的方法。Objective: To explore the location and therapy for hemorrhage of gastrointestinal vessel malformation. Methods: The 12 cases of gastrointestinal vessel malformation and hemorrage underwent artery angiography and endoscopy.A tube was put into vessel as a mark for location. Results: 4cases in gastric vessel malformation.8cases in intestiral vessel malformation.the mark and the bleeding spot were found successfully and the sick vessel was disserted. All cases were cured. Conclusion: Endoscopy and selective artery angiography,Putting atube into vessel as a mark was an effective methods.Operation was an effective way to cure gastrointestinal vessel malformation.
