摘　　要：目的　探讨左前分支传导阻滞的临床意义。 方法　1995～ 2 0 0 2年我们共诊治左前分支传导阻滞病人 2 4 4例 ;其中 6 9例系单纯性左前分支传导阻滞占 2 8 3% ;98例合并有心脏病 ,占 4 0 1% ;77例有可疑心脏病 ,占 31 6 %。 结果　某些心脏病固然是引起左前分支传导阻滞的因素 ,然而健康人群中也不乏左前分支传导阻滞者 ,我们对患者进行随诊观察发现 ,LAH呈良性状态 ,不引起心脏骤停 ,预后是良好的 ,这与完全性左束支传导阻滞不同。 结论　左前分支传导阻滞的临床意义取决于引起左前分支传导阻滞的疾病本身、是否进展和恶化 ,治疗应针对原发病。对SLAH者无需治疗 。Objective To explore the clinical significance of lactalburnin hydrolysate.Methods We have investigated 244 lactalburnin hydrolysate patients from 1995 to 2002,among them 69 patients are simple lactalburnin hydrolysate,account for 28.3%;98 patients amalgamate cardiopathy,account for 40.1%;77 patients are doubtful cardiopathy,account for 31.6%.Results Some cardiopathy is the factor of lactalburnin hydrolysate of course,whereas there are some lactalburnin hydrolysate patients in healthy people.We along with lactalburnin hydrolysate patient and observe and discover:lactalburnin hydrolysate is in good state,hasn't aroused heart sudden halt,the prognosis of lactalburnin hydrolysate is different from the prognosis of left bundle branch block.Conclusions The clinical significance of lactalburnin hydrolysate rests with the factor of lactalburnin hydrolysate and treatment ought to aim at the primary affection.To these simple lactalburnin hydrolysate patients:there isn't the demand of treatment,further more there isn't the demand of installation mechanical heart pacemaker.
