摘  要:目的 对我院分离的鲍曼不动杆菌多重耐药菌株进行质粒图谱分析 ,以了解耐药菌的流行情况 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 收集用K B法对临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌进行药敏试验 ,对多重耐药菌株进行质粒图谱分析。结果  14 3株鲍曼不动杆菌对临床常用抗生素均有不同程度的耐药 ,对第三代头孢菌素的耐药率最高 ,达 4 4 .1%~ 10 0 % ,其次为美洛培南和亚胺培南 ,分别为 2 1.7%和 2 3.3% ,对头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦的耐药率最低 ,为 9.5 %。质粒图谱显示被测 15株高度多重耐药菌株中有 7株质粒图谱相同 ,结合临床资料 ,定为流行株。结论 我院鲍曼不动杆菌呈现严重多重高度耐药现象 ,外科重症监护 (ICU)Objective To detect resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii and investigate epidemic state of multiple resistance strains by plasmid profiles analysis.Methods Collected Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from April 2000 to March 2002 and had antibiotics susceptibility tests as well as plasmid profiles analysis.Result Antibiotics susceptibility tests showed 143 strains were resistant to common clinical antibiotics in different degree.Most strains were resistant to the third generation Cephalosporins(between 44.1%~100%),to Meropenem and Imienem were 21.7% and 23.3% respectively.and resistance rate to Cefoperazon/Sulbactams was the lowest(9.5%) Plasmid profiles suggested that seven of fifteen severely multiple resistance strains had the same patterns.Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii stains in our hospital represented serious multiple resistance. Intensive Care Unit of surgery ward had its own epidemic strains.
