摘　　要：本文通过对涡轮冷却器和飞机地面环控系统工作原理的分析 ,提出了将三轮涡轮冷却器用于飞机地面环控系统的设计方案 。This paper presents a design plan for application of three wheel turbine cooling machine to an airplane gronnd environmental control system through working prcuciple analysis.It also gives the calcnlation results of mian perfoumance parameters of the system.
