摘　　要：目的 精确测定胸腺肽相对分子质量分布。方法 采用质谱扫描法。结果 3批胸腺肽相对分子质量均在2000～4000,无10 000以上的大分子蛋白。结论 本方法灵敏度高,可直观地测定胸腺肽相对分子质量分布状况,为控制胸腺肽质量提供了新的检测方法。Objective To determine the distribution of relative molecular weight of thymic protein (TP). Methods Mass spectrometry. Results The relative molecular weights of 3 lots of TP ranged from 2 000 to 4 000, and no macromolecular protein with a relative molecular weight of more than 10 000 was observed . Conclusion The method showed high sensitivity, and could be used for the direct determination of the distribution of relative molecular weight of TP.The study provided a new route for the quality control of TP.
