摘　　要：目的　进一步研究毛叶香茶菜的化学成分及生物活性。方法　利用反复硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化 ,通过各种波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果　从毛叶香茶菜的 70 %丙酮粗提物的乙酸乙酯部分得到 5个已知的对映—贝壳杉烷型二萜 ,分别为Epinodosin(Ⅰ )、Odonicin(Ⅱ )、Lasiodonin(Ⅲ )、冬凌草甲素 (OridoninⅣ )、Shikokianin(Ⅴ )。结论　化合物Lasiodonin(Ⅲ )Objective To reseach the constituent and bioactivity of Isodon Japonica.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified repeatedly by Si?gel column chromatography, and their structures were determined as Epinodosin(Ⅰ), Odonicin(Ⅱ), Lasiodonin(Ⅲ), Oridonin (Ⅳ) and Shikokianin(Ⅴ) by spectroscopic methods respectively.Results Five known ent-kaurance diterpenoids compounds were obtained from the EtOAc fraction of the 70% acetone extract.Conclusion Compounds Lasiodonin(Ⅲ) was isolated from this plant for the first time.
