摘 要:研究了发光酶基因 (luxAB)标记的重组费氏中华根瘤菌HN0 1DL、大豆慢生根瘤菌TA113QD与其出发菌株HN0 1、TA11在灭菌和未灭菌土缩影中的存活动态。结果表明 :HN0 1DL和TA113QD在灭菌土缩影和未灭菌土缩影中的存活动态特征显著不同 :标记菌株在灭菌土缩影中的早期存活数量一般有所下降后而保持相对稳定的较高存活水平 ,而在未灭菌土缩影中其存活数量在整个跟踪过程中持续下降至约 4 5logcfug- 1 土。The survival dynamics of recombinant Sinorhizobium fredii HN01DL, Bradyrhi zobium japonicum TA113QD both of which marked with luxAB gene and its wild -ty pe strain HN01, TA11 in sterilized and non-sterilized soil microcosm were studi ed respectively The results showed that the population dynamics of HN01Dl and TA113QD in sterilized and non-sterilized soil microcosm was obviously different The survival population of the marked rhizobia decreased slightly at an early stage after inoculation and then kept a relatively stable high survival level i n sterilized soil microcosm, and its survival population in non-sterilized soil microcosm decreased regularly at a high speed until reaching about 4 5 log cfu g -1 soil No significant difference in soil survival was found between t he recombinant marked strains and the wild-type stains
