摘　　要：讨论了网络环境下图书馆信息咨询工作的变化和特点,分析了信息咨询工作面临的困难、挑战和竞争优势,阐述了新环境下图书馆信息咨询工作的发展方向及工作内容。This paper discusses the features and changes of information consul ta tion service of library, analyses on the difficulties, challenges and competitiv e superiorities that the information consultation service faces, expounds the de veloping direction and working contents of the information consultation service of library in the new environment.
