摘　　要：介绍了债券基金的概念及主要特点,指出发展债券基金将有利于我国债券市场的发展,满足不同投资者的投资需求,填补中国目前基金市场上低风险段基金品种的空缺。尤其是在目前股票市场表现不佳的情况下,推出债券基金可以充分发挥其作为债券市场稳定器的作用,同时,又能改变证券投资基金在投资风格上的趋同。This paper introduces the concept and main features of the bond fun ds , points out that the development of the bond funds will be beneficial to the de velopment of our country's bond market, meet different investors' demand of inve stment, fill in some gaps in the bond varieties at low risk sections of the curr ent Chinese bond market. Especially under the situation that the stock market do es not well, establishing the bond funds can give full play to its function of t he stabilizer of the bond market, and at the same time can change the advolution in investment style of the bond investment funds.
