摘　　要：在简述可持续发展、环境保护和环境监测三者关系的基础上,对我国环境监测技术现状和存在问题做了分析,并根据可持续发展的需要,提出了我国环境监测技术研究和发展的方向。Based on a brief description of the relations among sustainable dev el opment,environmental protection and environmental monitoring,this paper introd uces the present situation and existing problems of environmental monitoring tec hniques in China,and puts forward the direction of R &D of China's environment al monitoring techniques according to the requirements of sustainable developmen t.
