摘　　要：针对微波管发射机输出波导打火的原因及危害进行了分析 。The arcing inside the waveguide is hazardous to the microwave tube transmitter. The key elements which will result in arcing are fully analyzed in this paper. The key design principles on the detection of the arcing are described in detail.Based on the above design principles, a design example is presented.
