摘花序、打顶对北柴胡生育性状及根部产量的影响

摘　　要：对引自甘肃北柴胡在孕蕾期采用摘花序、打顶的处理方法,研究其对北柴胡生育性状及根部产量的影响。结果表明:摘花序后的植株生长健壮、叶面积指数大、光合能力强、干物质积累多、根部产量高;打顶后植株生长旺盛,但结实率低,根部增产效果不明显。The methods of removing inflorscences and tips were used during the budding stage of Bupleurum chinense introduced from Gansu province. Changes of its vegetative characters and root production were studied. The results showed that after inflorscence plucking, plants become vigorous, LAI becomes large, photosynthetic ability is strong, more dry substance is accumulated and root production is high. After tip pruning, the plant becomes vigorous, but seedsetting rate is low and root production increase effect is not apparent.
