摘  要:利用悬滴培养法对2个目8种黏菌孢子在各种营养稀煎汁和不同pH条件下的萌发情况进行了研究。结果表明:黏菌孢子在水中能够萌发,自然基物的营养稀煎汁对黏菌孢子的萌发有促进作用。绒泡菌目黏菌孢子对营养介质具有广泛的适应性,萌发率较高,其中煤绒菌的孢子萌发率最高,达95%。灰团网菌萌发率最低,约为50%。黏菌孢子在pH2 0~9 0范围内均可萌发,但在弱酸条件下萌发率最高。Hanging drop cultures were used to study the process of spore germination of 8 species from 2 orders in some nutrient decoctions and at various pHranges.The experimental results show that although the spores of all species studied germinate in distilled water,nutrient decoctions derived from natural substances in dilute solutions do promote germination of the spores.The spores of the order Physarales show a wider range of nutrient substances in which germination occurs with a higher germination percentage.Fuligo septica shows the highest germination percentage. The pHrange of spore germination in the myxomycetes is between 20~90,but the optimum pH is the slightly acid condition.The germination percentage of Arcyria cinereais the lowest.
