静脉血营养的静脉皮瓣微血管密度的实验观察

摘　　要：[目的 ]观察静脉血营养的静脉皮瓣微血管密度的形态变化过程 .[方法 ]采用光学显微镜、电子显微镜和墨汁灌注透明等方法 ,观察皮瓣微血管密度不同时期的形态变化 .[结果 ]术后第 3日开始 ,A组和B组微血管密度均呈现增加趋势 .于术后第 3,5 ,7,14日 ,A组和B组微血管密度低于同时期的C组 ,A组与C组间、B组与C组间差异有非常显著性意义 .[结论 ]术后第 2 8日 ,A组。OBJECTIVE To observe the density morphologic change of micrangium of venous skin flaps nurtured by venous blood.?METHODS?The morphologic change of micrangium of venous skin flaps in different phase were observed by using optical microscopy, electron microscopy and transparence method of perfusion of Chinese ink.?RESULTS?The micrangium density of skin flaps in both of group A and group B had increasing trend after operation of three days. After operation of 3, 5, 7 and 14?th day, the micrangium density in group A and B were less than that in group C. There is significant difference between group A, B and C.? CONCLUSION ?The micrangium density of group A, B and C is near to the same after operation of 28th days.
