摘  要:分别用固定长度保偏光纤和可变光延迟线实现偏振模色散(PMD)补偿的实验。从理论和实验上分析了射频电功率随差分群延迟(DGD)的变化,实验给出了两种补偿方案的补偿前后的眼图。对固定补偿和动态补偿各自的特点进行了分析比较。固定补偿的速度很快,但补偿的精度不够高;而用光可变延迟线的补偿可以实现动态补偿并且补偿精度高,但有时响应时间较长。Experiments of compensation for PMD were done using fixed length of PMF and variable optical delay line,respectively.The relation of electrical power as feedback signal changing with DGD was analyzed theoretically and experimentally.Eye diagrams were shown using both variable delay line and fixed length of PMF and comparisons between them were also given.Compensation with fixed length of PMF shows being quick but not good enough.That with variable optical delay line realizes dynamic compensation and shows a good result of compensation for high bit rate optical communication systems,and it takes a little long time for compensation system to adjust at times.
