摘  要:研究了CaxSr1-xS:Eu,Sm(x=0~1)的光激励发光和吸收性质,测量了样品的红外光激励谱。发现激发后样品在红外区的吸收增强,增强部分的波长分布与光激励谱相同,峰的位置随组分x值而变化,同时在这些谱带上还发现了一些次级结构。由此说明Sm3+对陷阱的红外激励吸收的影响。据此提出一个复合陷阱模型,指出电子俘获中心并非Sm3+附近形成的晶格缺陷。The optical absorption properties and photostimulated spectra of CaxSr1-xS:Eu,Sm(x=0-1) were studied. The sharp lines of the optical absorption corresponding to the 4f-4f transition of Sm3+ were observed. In disagreement with the model previously reported, the valence of Sm3+ in these materials was found to remain unchanged in electron trapping. The absorption of electron trapping centers to the infrared stimulating light is shielded by Sm3+ due to their spatial correlation. A model of complex trap was proposed, in which the defects produced in the vicinity of Sm3+ due to their valence mismatch with the host cations, instead of Sm3+ as previously reported, act as the electron capturing center.
