对鸭场暴发罕见的粪链球菌病的研究

摘　　要：1996年 7～ 8月 ,四川某鸭场饲养的 4 0 0 0多只 3～ 4周龄的肉鸭暴发传染病 ,发病率 80 %以上 ,死亡率很高。病鸭趾、跗关节明显肿大着地 ,死前仰卧头部弯曲 ,最后败血而死。用青 -链霉素混合注射或 10 %磺胺二甲嘧啶钠注射疗效显著 ,治愈率 95 %以上。病原鉴定 :根据触片镜检、分离培养、生长试验、生化试验、水解试验和动物感染试验 。Over four thousand meat ducks at three or four weeks old broke out infectious disease in Sichuan province from July to August in recent years with the morbidity of over 80 percent.The toe and taxsotarsal instep of the meat ducks were obviously turnscence and touchdown.They were on their backs with head inflecting when they are moribund.At last they died of the pesticemia.The cure rate was over 95 percent when injected with the admixture penicillium and streptomycin or 10 percent sulfamethazinum natricum.Based on the cultural,and biochemical characteristics of the isolate and animal experimental infection,it was diagnosed as streptococcicosis caused S.faecalis.
