我国鸭疫里默氏杆菌血清型调查及新血清型的发现和病原特性

摘　　要：从全国 2 9个省 (市、自治区 )不同代次 (原种、祖代、父母代和商品代 )的 5～ 90日龄患有典型鸭传染性浆膜炎的病死鸭分离到 184 2株鸭疫里默氏杆菌 ,血清型分布为 1(6 38株 )、2 (36 7株 )、3(10 2株 )、4 (14 6株 )、5 (89株 )、6 (4 9株 )、7(87株 )、8(6 8株 )、10 (4 3株 )、11(35株 )、13(5 6株 )、14 (6 1株 ) ,另有 10 1株不属于 1～ 2 1血清型 ,而分属于 4个相同的抗原型 ,被命名为 2 2 (2 1株 )、2 3(18株 )、2 4 (34株 )和 2 5 (2 8株 )血清型。strains of Riemerella anatipestifer were isolated from 5 90 day old breeding ducks and commercial ducks which from 29 provinces of China,and they belong to serotype 1(638 strains),2(367 strains),3(102 strains),4(146 strains),5(89 strains),6(49 strains),7(87 strains),8(68 strains),10(43 strains),11(35 strains),13(56 strains),14(61 strains),respeetively.The other strains do not belong to serotype 1 21,but to 4 different antigen group,and they are named serotype 22(21 strains),23(18 strains),24(34 strains) and 25(28 strains).All serotypes were very virulent to ducklings,and invirulent to mouse.The inactivated oil adjuvant vaccines made from different serotypes have excellent immunogenicity and are able to provide an ideal protection against Riemerella anatipestifer in ducklings.
