摘　　要：建立了二嗪农在猪血浆、肌肉、肾脏、肝脏及脂肪中残留的 GC- NPD分析方法。以乙酸乙酯∶正己烷 (8∶ 2 )提取 ,加无水硫酸钠及活性炭 ,经振荡、离心、浓缩后 ,用乙腈和石油醚液液分配净化 ,经膜过滤。用 GC- NPD、HP- 1毛细管气相色谱柱进行色谱测定 ,内标法 (马拉硫磷 )定量。回收率分别为 :血浆 (90 .4 4± 0 .90 ) % ,肌肉 (92 .2 2± 1.4 5 ) % ,肾脏 (92 .0 3± 1.6 0 ) % ,肝脏 (89.84± 1.82 ) % ,脂肪 (86 .79± 2 .36 ) % ;变异系数分别为 :血浆 (5 .5 2± 1.31) % ,肌肉(5 .85± 1.87) % ,肾脏 (6 .19± 1.5 7) % ,肝脏 (7.11± 1.86 ) % ,脂肪 (6 .6 3± 1.99) %。内标的回收率 (90 .85± 1.4 1) % ,变异系数 (5 .4 5± 0 .96 ) %。最低检测限是 5 .0 ng/ g。结果表明 ,本检测方法具有简便。A residual determination method of diazinon in plasma,muscle,liver,kidney and fat of pig by GC NPD was established in this paper.Samples were extracted with an ethyl acetate/hexane(8∶2) mixture,added anhydrous sodium sulfate and active charcoal to primary cleanup.The liquid phase was mixed,centrifuged and concentrated.Some fats and hydrophobic impurities were removed by liquid liquid partition with acetonitrile and petroleum ether.Further cleanup was accomplished by a 0 45 μm membrane.The sample was analyzed by a nitrogen phosphorous detector(NPD),through a capillary column of HP 1,on a temperature program and in a splitless injection mode.Diazinon was quantified with malathion of internal standard.In this method the recoveries of diaziaon were (90 44±0 90)% for plasma,(92 22±1 45)% for muscle,(92 03±1 60)% for kidney,(89 84±1 82)% for liver,(86 79±2 36)% for fat;coefficients of variation of diazinon were (5 52±1 31)% for plasma,(5 85±1 87)% for muscle,(6 19±1 57)% for kidney,(7 11±1 86)% for liver,(6 63±1 99)% for fat,respectively.The minimal detection limits of determination for diazinon was 5 0 ng/g.The recovery rate of internal standard(malathion) was (90 85±1 41)% with the variation coefficient of (5 45±0 96)%.The results indicated that this method for residue determination of diazinon was simple,specific,and sensitive.
