摘 要:针对丁香杂交育种的花期不遇和远距离杂交困难的问题 ,以7种丁香为试材 ,分别进行了新鲜花粉生命力测定比较、不同贮藏条件对花粉生命力的影响以及不同种丁香花粉贮藏力的差异研究。结果表明 :红丁香的花粉生命力最高 ,可达81.5 % ;小叶丁香的花粉贮藏力最强 ,低温冷藏可达60d以上 ;丁香花粉最适的贮藏温度为0~2℃低温条件 ,在此温度下花粉生命力都能延长到15d以上 ;常温下丁香花粉生命力迅速丧失 ,5d后就已全部接近死亡。用花粉生命力和贮藏力高的丁香品种作父本 。In the present experiment, several species of Syringa were employed as the experimental materials to carry on the study of the determining of fresh pollen, the effect of different conditions on the pollen vitality and the difference of storage capacity among the species. The results indicated that the vitality of the S. villosa was the highest in Syringa, it could reach to 81.5%. The storage capacity of. S.microphylla was the best, it could be stored over 60 days under the low temperature. The most proper temperature for storage was 0-2℃,the life of pollen could be prolonged to over 15 days under this condition. The vitality of all kinds of Syringa pollen was dropping drop obviously, and nearly 0% after 5 days under the room temperature.
