摘 要:将 12 0只 1周龄肉仔鸡随机分成 4组 ,每组 30只 ,前 3组 (试验 、 、 组 )分别喂以含 1%的 3种不同中药组方的饲粮 ,第 组为对照组 ,只喂基础日粮。试验期 6周。结果 :(1)与对照组相比 , 组血清 TC、L DL - C极显著下降(P<0 .0 1) ; 组血清 TC、L DL- C极显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,TG也下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,HDL- C显著升高 (P<0 .0 1) ; 组血清 L DL- C极显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,HDL- C则显著升高 (P<0 .0 1) ;试验 ~ 组血清总脂都极显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ;与 组相比 , 组血清 L DL- C、 组 TC存在显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。 (2 )与对照组相比 ,胸肌组织中 ,各试验组TG极显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) , 组 TC显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;腿肌中 ,各组 TC显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,TG下降极显著 (P<0 .0 1) ;肝脏中各组 TC、TG均极显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) ;与 组相比 , 组肝 TG差异极显著 (P<0 .0 1) ; 组胸肌TG、肝 TG有显著差异性 (P<0 .0 5 )。 (3) 7周龄末鸡体重与对照组相比 , 组差异极显著 (P<0 .0 1) , 组差异显著(P<0 .0 5 ) ; 组料肉比比对照组极显著下降 (P<0 .0 1)。 (4 )肌肉中的营养成分 , 、 组腿肌中粗脂肪比对照组极显著下降 (P<0 .0 1) , 组腿肌中粗蛋白含量显著升高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :中药组方能不同程度地调?A total of 160 broilers aged week were randomly divided into four groups of 40 each.Group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were as the experimental groups which were fed the diets containing 1% of the three different kinds of traditional Chinese medicine compounds.Group Ⅳ was sa the control which was given the basic diet.The experiment conducted for 6 weeks.The results were as follows:(1):Compared with the control,serum tatal lipid levels significantly decreased in groups Ⅰ~Ⅲ(P<0 01).Serum TC,TG and LDL C levels in groups Ⅰ~Ⅲ were lower than in control to some extent.Serum HDL C levels in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in the control(P<0 01).Serum LDL C level in group Ⅰ and serum TC level in group Ⅲ showed significant difference with group Ⅱ(P<0 01).(2)Contents of TC and TG in liver and muscle in groups Ⅰ~Ⅲ were lower than those in control group.In terms of reduced degrees the liver were superior to thigh muscle,and the thigh muscle were greater than chest one.(3)After 6 weeks,body weight increased in group Ⅱ(P<0 01) and group Ⅲ(P<0 05) as compared with the control.The ratio of food weight and body weight were significantly lower in group Ⅱ than in control(P<0 01).(4)Compared with the control,the crude fats of thigh muscle in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ decreased(P<0 01) and the protein of thigh muscle in group Ⅱ increased(P<0 01).All the above results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine compounds could improve the lipid metabolism,production performance and the quality of meat.Ⅲ group was the best one in the comprehensive effects.
