泡沫型皮肤消毒剂的实验研究

摘　　要：本文研究了一种以葡萄糖酸洗必泰、乙醇为主药的新剂型皮肤消毒剂——泡沫型皮肤消毒剂。经用12种细菌做杀菌试验,对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC_(6538))、绿脓杆菌(10102—11)等1min内杀灭率为100%,对枯草杆菌黑色变种(ATCC_(9372))30min内杀灭率在77.30～96.75%之间。用4种36只动物分别做皮肤刺激性试验,皮肤过敏性试验及动物毒性试验,结果对动物无刺激,无过敏及毒性反应。在本院医护人员中,为134人做了人为污染手和直接消毒手杀菌效果观察,用本剂消毒后134人手细菌培养均为阴性。在广州经中山医科大学附属一院等5家医院临床试用,100例手术病人无一例感染。227人次参术者经本剂消毒手后,96%以上的人手的细菌培养为阴性。A new form of skin disinfectant, foamy skin disinfectant, the maincomposition of which was chlorhexidine gluconate and ethanol, was studiedin this article. Bactericidal test was performed by using 12 representativebacteria. The results showed that the rates of disinfection at 1 minuteto staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538) and reruginosa (10102-1) were 100%, and that at 30 min to Bcillus subtilis (ATCC 9372) was at the interval of77.3～96.75%. The dermal sensitivity test, dermal irritant test and toxi-city test were carried out by using 4 races of experimental animals(n=36).It was demonstrated that the drug didn't have any adverse effects. Disin-fect effect of the drug to artificial contaminated hands was observed among134 medical workers in our hospital. By sterilizing with the drug, the cul-ture of bacteria from them were negative. It was also placed onclinical probation in 5 hospital in Guangzhou, there wasn't any infectionobsetved in 100 cases of operated patients. More than 96% of 217 peoplejoined these operrtions were negative from the culture of bacteria.
