线阵电荷耦合器技术在自动测长系统中的应用

摘　　要：介绍用线阵电荷耦合器件 (CCD)技术设计的型材在线实时测量系统。采用粗测和精测相结合的方法 ,解决了较大长度范围内精确测量问题。详细介绍动态在线非接触式测控系统的基本工作原理及软硬件组成。实测结果表明其测量精度高、效果好 ,能满足快速流水线的现场检测。An on-line real-time measurement system based on linear array CCD(charge-coupled device) technique was introduced. The problem of high precision in larger length measurement was solved by the combination of rough and fine measure. The operation principles and the main parts of the on-line non-contact measurement system was presented in detail. The result of practical measurement showed that the method was high in accuracy and good in effectiveness, and was applicable for the on-site automatic inspection.
