摘  要:本文报道了维生素A对烧伤大鼠腺上皮和免疫器官影响的实验病理观察。结果发现烧伤补给V_A可使已萎缩的小肠粘膜明显增厚、粘膜V_v增大、双核肝细胞明显增多、胸腺皮质明显增厚和脾脏生发中心核分裂相个数明显增多。统计结果表明,在烧伤状态下大鼠以每百克体重补给25μgV_A为最适宜剂量。This article reported the morphological observation on the effect of vitamnin A on glandular epithelia and immunologic organs in burned rats. The results showed that the thickness and volume density (V_v) in the jejunum, the V_v of the thymus cortex, the number of hepatocyte with double nuclei and the karyokinesis in the splenic corpuscle, decreased obviously in burned rats. The thickness and the Vv of the mucous membrane in jejunum, the Vv of the thumus contex, the number of hepatocyte with double nuclei and karyokinesis in the splenic corpuscles, increased significantly in burned rats administrated with vitamin A. The statistical results indicated that administration of 25μg Vitamin A per 100g B W is optimum for burned rats
