摘　　要：介绍了多层C/S网络计算模式的特点 ,并以常州市人才市场管理信息系统开发为背景 ,简要介绍了多层C/S模式在该系统中的开发模型、系统分析和模块结构 。Being the background of the Management Information System of Changzhou Human Resource Market (CZRCMIS), this paper illustrates the characteristics of the computing mode of multilayer Client/Server(C/S), and briefly introduces the developing mode, system analysis, and module structure of multilayer C/S used in the CZRCMIS. The paper particularly demonstrates application and role of multilayer C/S in practice.
