摘　　要：介绍了利用ObjectARX2000和VC++6.0对MDT6.0进行二次开发,可以自动判断凸、凹模工作部分磨损后尺寸的变化情况,从而可以选择相应的计算公式自动计算其尺寸和公差,并可以根据计算出来的尺寸自动完成凸、凹模的绘图工作及尺寸和公差的标注。大大减少了计算和绘图的工作量,从而缩短了模具设计周期,提高了模具设计效率。Developing of MDT6.0with the help of ObjectARX2000and VC++6.0has been introduced in details.Ihe change of worn working part of male die and female die can be dimensioned automatically so as to choose proper cal-culating formula for dimension and tolerance being calculated automatically hence drawings finished and dimension and tolerance with the acquired dimension marked automatically,resulting in that the workload of calculation and drawing decreased greatly while the cycle shortened and the efficiency of the design of dies improved.
