头臂干(无名动脉)的位置与气管切开术关系

摘　　要：在30具成人男性尸体上进行了有关头臂干(无名动脉)位置与气管切开术关系的研究。头臂干上端、中点至环状软骨上缘的距离平均值分别为4.68、6.42厘米。头臂干上端、中点至第2、3气管环的距离分别为3.20,4.60厘米。头臂干末端所对应的是7.77气管环。三种不同型号气管套管气囊的位置均低于第4气管环。气管套管末端位置均位于第12气管环以下,低于头臂干上端。气管隆突上方的气管环数目平均为20.66个。头臂干的长度平均值为3.60厘米。The relationship between the position of truncus brachiocephalicus (innominate artery) and the tracheotomy was studied in 30 male adult cadavers, the average distance between the upper and middle end of the truncus brachiocephalicus and the upper edge of the cricoid is 4.68cm and 6.42cm respectively. The average distance from the upper and middle end of the truncus brachiocephalicus to the 2-3th trachea rings is 3.20cm and 4.50cm separately. The 7-8th ringsis corresponded to the upper end of the truncus brachiocephalicus The position of trachea casing pipe capsule is lower than that of the 4th ring. The end of trachea casing pipe is below the upper end of the truncus brachiocephalicus or below the 12th ring. There are 20.66 trachea rings above the trachea eminence averagely. The average length of the truncus brachiocephalicus is 3.60cm,
